I started a TikTok account during pandemic COVID-19 populated with so random things. I had some financial tips, social commentary, and most of them comedic meme.

Long story short, after being accepted to be a Doctoral student at School of Business and Management (SBM) ITB starting last August, I started to make another account with specific niche Doctoral Student of SBM who do it while still actively working. Summary, I started to implement my knowledge about content and branding for my own personnal account, thing that never really happened before (except on Linkedin I guess).

Many scholars or academics on TikTok shared their scholarship tips, but in my niche I chose to share about what I do to fund my Doctoral. Thing that I think might be closer and might also be realistic for more people. And yes, it gained consistent traction content over content with likes, views, and follower growth.

Also, I recently shared about how I once failed in practically “life deciding moment” as a teenager, but then my enrolment for Doctoral degree accepted this year when I’m twice old. It was like a tipping point for my account adding 200 followers till date within 5 days. I know it’s relatively not much, but compare to my previous account who gained quite views and likes but attracts no follower…
