I just lost another uncle of mine yesterday. A close friend to my dad, another example that I look up to when it comes to big words like “selesai dengan diri sendiri”.

He’s a lovely person and showed affection woth his own way. He’s caring to me and I knew it by the way he called me everytime we met. He used to call me “Panjoss”.

Anyway, these uncles of mine are more than just uncles to me. Especially that I lost my dad when I reached 20.

Many times I wondered that, it might be when I’m at my own holy matrimony, that I could say it. That I love them and they are special, even if we are not really related by blod (they are husbands to my mom’s sisters). But now, some already gone. And here I am, still a clueless kid in my 30.

Anyway, my sister share this picture today as a commemoration of their friendship. It was taken in 2005. I was half my age today.

My dad (in the middle) looks very healthy and at his peak btw due to a big project he was involved.

I hope the rest of them to have long live, stay healthy content and all and can see become better and better person.
